Yes, we offer returns. Returns can only valid in a 30 day period from purchase date.
Original packaging is not required.
However, items must be in brand new, unworn condition. Items that fail to qualify will be returned to the customer.
All returns will be processed in store credit. To start a return, please email support@bruisedla.com with your order number and why you decided to return it. All items can be returned except accessories (belt, chain, etc)

We will do our best to make changes however, our shipping times are extremely fast. Please be sure to double check your items, sizes, and address are correct before placing your order.
Once your order has shipped we are not able to make any changes. Once your order has been placed we cannot proceed with a cancellation.

We will ship you a new product, completely free of charge.
The item cannot be exchanged if it has been more than 5 business days since ordering. The item cannot be defective. You are responsible to pay for shipping.
We work with our staff to ensure that they receive excellent training on packing your order properly to avoid mistakes.
However, we are human and mistakes can happen.
